Location: Hyderabad

Exp:-6-9 yrs

Responsibilities:

- Develop project plans, estimates, timelines, dashboards, status reports etc.

- Ability to conduct structured analysis of data and synthesize data into actionable insights.

- Ability to drive and implement change based on analytical insights.

- Provide analytical and data-driven decision-making support.

- Work closely with leads & managers to develop and define new and improved metrics, tools
and reports.

- Execute quantitative analyses that translate data into actionable insights.

- Build and calibrate models for forecasting, work allocation & scheduling, quality checking and
training needs.

- Collaborate with other analysts and developers to expand and improve existing reporting systems.

- Put in place process / documentation in line with global best practices.

Requirements:

- MBA from premier institution.

- Experience 5-9 yrs work experience.

- Prior experience in Product / engineering is great to have.

- Good communication/ self driven/ ability to take ownership.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Possess a process re-engineering focus, suggest improvements to process. Work with Ops Mgr
to optimize processes.

- Excellent presentation skills. Can synthesize data/information into visual representations to make exec-level reports / presentations.

- Team player with exceptional interpersonal and solution oriented attitude

- Self starter with ability to effectively operate with high energy and flexibility in a fast paced, constantly evolving team environment
