Business Analyst

Position: Business Analyst

Experience: 6+ years

Education: BE/B.Tech/MBA

Location: Bangalore


Broad Responsibilities:

- Develop a strong data driven understanding of the client's business and strategic intents.

- Work with the client in identifying opportunities for use cases like increasing retention and increase in customer value.

- Identify campaigns and journeys to be implemented in support of objectives.

- Own campaign impact assessment and learnings.

- Be the face of Algonomy located at the client site.

- Develop a strong understanding of Algonomy suite of products.

Skills Required:

- Very strong analytical skills and business orientation.

- Ability to connect the dots and derive business insight from data. (not state the obvious present in data)

- Strong communication, visualization and presentation skills.

- Experience working on retention, churn, engagement and marketing analytics metrics.

- Good SQL skills with ability to write complex queries and working with Python

- Knowledge of Analytics self-service BI approaches and predictive analytics solutions is a strong advantage.

Nice to Have:

- Experience in Statistical techniques (R, hypothesis testing)

- Knowledge of working with Campaign management tools and omni channel engagement

- Exposure to Design of Experiments.
