Business Analyst

Position Title: Lead Analyst

Experience of 6-10 years

Qualification: B.E/B.tech in Mechanical or E&I (from Good Institute)

- Experience in Digital Project Mgmt

- Six Sigma

- Business Intelligence, Power BI, Tableu

- PMO

Job Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze various processes within the organization and come up with gap analysis report for the way forward

- Design, perform and publish weekly/ monthly and quarterly or any other report as defined and approved by CS

- Make sure the process improvements projects implementation within CS as defined and approved and closure of all the gaps within timelines

- To Ensure streamlining and improvement of CS functioning as designed

- To ensure formulation of policies & guidelines time to time and updated version in repository

- Help and make sure that user acceptance test results are shared and correction are made based on the feedback and agreement/ approval

- Ensure process adherence and efficiency checks are developed and implemented as defined and agreed

- Calendar for scheduled audit/ reviews are developed and implemented after consultation with various functional heads

- To make sure Innovative ideas or policy change recommendation are made through "Change Advisory Board" and put forward for the respective approval

- To ensure determination of suitable (relevant) benchmarks and best practices based on analysis of data and treated as special projects for approval

- Knowledge of CS function will be an added advantage
