Business Analyst

- Partner with other BAs in the team and client stakeholders to come up with and articulate a product vision

- Have a knack for prioritization, obtaining buy-in from stakeholders, and resolving conflicts as they arise or working with the BA in the team to drive outcomes

- Ability to solve problems from technical and business perspectives.

- Translate abstract business discussions with stakeholders into epics/stories

- Facilitate workshops as required across client stakeholders

- Liaise between the client team and data team, bringing clarity to the table while explaining and translating technical details to business value.

- Collaborate and proactively maintain a healthy product backlog throughout.

- Collaborate and brainstorm with clients & data teammates on the analysis and design of any data onboarding/creation of new dashboards

- Unearth the root cause(s) of a client's pain points, validate a business opportunity or problem, and partner to deliver a solution.

- Evangelise Agile best practices to Sales and Marketing stakeholders.

- Genuine passion to look beyond the current challenges and propagate a long-term solution.

- Empathize with stakeholders, understand the underlying challenges, and suggest the best way forward for client, s keeping in mind the long-term vision

- Research and analysis to work alongside the development team.

- Attention to detail, a practical approach to the day-to-day work of story-writing and delivery, and the ability to draw a line directly from an overarching client strategy to your team's outcomes.

- Understanding of Data projects, knowledge of analytics, and exposure in creating dashboards would be a great value add.

- Proactively keep track of Data governance, required audits, and ensure all best practices are followed.

- Interest in coaching others, sharing your experience and knowledge with teammates.
