Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

- Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements through interviews, workshops, and surveys.

- Translate business needs into clear and concise functional and non-functional requirements.

- Create and maintain detailed requirements documentation (BRDs, user stories, use cases).

- Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement.

- Develop process flow diagrams and models to document and visualize current and future states.

- Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.

- Conduct presentations and workshops to communicate findings and recommendations.

- Act as a liaison between business units and IT to ensure alignment.

- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.

- Create reports and dashboards to visualize data and communicate findings.

- Support decision-making by providing data-driven recommendations.

- Assist in project planning and execution.

- Support testing and quality assurance activities.

- Contribute to project documentation and training materials.

Qualifications:

- Experience: 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to create clear and concise documentation.

- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

- Understanding of business processes and workflows.

- Education: Master's/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with business analysis tools (Visio, Jira, Confluence).

- Knowledge of Agile methodologies.

- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).

- Basic understanding of database concepts
