Roles & Responsibilities
- Build new analytical tools, interfacing with business and technical stakeholders
- Develop models and metrics providing insights on the customer, service providers experience and performance
- Manage the business metrics reporting process
- Drive process efficiency and automation
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Operation Managers across the organization to come up with new customer opportunities/insights and existing operation effectiveness and efficiency
Qualification, Experience & Skills:
- 1+ years of experience in business analysis
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Tableau/Power BI and Statistical analysis tools and techniques
- Strong Analytical skills - has ability to start from ambiguous problem statements, identify and access relevant data, make appropriate assumptions, perform insightful analysis and draw conclusions relevant to the business problem
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical problems in simple plain stories.
- Ability to present information professionally & concisely with supporting data.
- Ability to work effectively & independently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Background in logistics preferred
