We having an Opening for top most Consulting firm for CMM level 5 for the Business Analyst profile for Gurgaon and Bangalore.

Role and Responsibilities:

Role:

- This role is for an new Analyst in the Customer Service practice

- The Analyst will be part of the team at CN responsible for delivering projects in Customer Service domain

- Willingness to learn and work across Service Platforms like Contact Center solutions, CRM, Customer Service, Customer Experience Management, Operations and Customer Analytics.

Experience Required:

- Post-Graduate degree in related field. MBA would be good to have.

- 0 to 3 years of experience at a Management Consulting firm or Professional Services organization, and good to have exposure to one or more of the following sectors:

- Customer Service solutions/operations/technologies

- Customer Service performance analytics

- Customer Experience design and execution

- Service Channel strategy, design and execution

- Business Process Design

- CRM

- Familiarity with key technology platforms used to execute the above Customer Service functions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Independently working on delivering Customer Service solutions by leveraging leading practices & methods.

- Transform client vision into concrete business requirements.

- Leveraging data-driven techniques, fact-based analysis and diagnostics to develop the insights that will allow clients to optimize their service experience.

- Understanding of the key business processes and technology involved in Customer Experience & Service Design is a plus.

- Enter new environments and produce results through the use of practical skills that are easily transported between different industries.

- Ability to work in cross industry roles.

- Support Customer Service practice by contributing to thought capital and assets.

Professional Skills Requirements:

- Must be considered a self-starter

- Possesses excellent communication (written and oral) skills and excellent presentation skills

- Excellent team work and ability to work in distributed delivery and project oriented environment

- Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

- Possesses and demonstrates high integrity and credibility as perceived by all those with whom s/he will work

- Willingness to travel as per engagement needs
