Job Purpose:
- Drive analysis and be a part of the core transformation team that will be responsible to grow the business 4x in 5 years.
Job Summary:
- Conduct analysis to drive strategic decisions as well as operational enhancements; coordinate and communicate with various stakeholders.
Skill Sets :
- Highly analytical, data driven, self-starter, proficient with MS Excel and Powerpoint, good communicator, thrives in an unstructured environment.
Education: Looking for a smart graduate from Top Tier engineering institute. MBA will be preferred.
The Analyst Experience:
Business Analysis-
The Analyst will get exposure to a wide variety of business problems including:
- Market analysis and feasibility studies to evaluate expansion plans
- Project planning and financing support
- Analysis and reporting for various operational work streams
- Target evaluation and due diligence support for acquisitions
The individual will get the opportunity to develop framework, execute analysis, prepare recommendation and support timely execution.
Diverse interactions- The opportunity involves working directly with senior management (COO/ CFO /CEO). The position will also involve close coordination with various internal divisions, across CARE’s 11 facilities. In addition, during the course of work, the Analyst will also interact with other stakeholders, investors and external consultants.
