Key Responsibilities:
Developing And Implementing Targeting Strategies And Models For Internal Acquisitions Across International Markets. The Team Works Very Closely With Local Marketing Partners And Capabilities Team To Develop, Implement, Monitor And Manage Internal Acquisition Strategies For Customer Management Across Markets.
The Incumbent Will Be Responsible For:
- Developing Cross Sell Strategies For Internal Acquisitions Targeted For Existing Customers Across International Markets
- Using Various Data Sources With A Special Focus On Online Data To Develop Personalized Contact Strategies
- Perform Tracking And Monitoring Of Existing Strategies And Provide Actionable Business Insights
- Partner With Multiple Stakeholders For Successful Implementation Of Strategies
- Working Closely With Multiple Business Partners Across The Globe.
- Providing Strong Thought Leadership
Required Qualifications
- MBA/Master’s Degree in Economics, Statistics or related fields from a reputed institute
- 1-3 Years of Relevant/Related Work Experience with consistent track record of strong performance
- Aptitude for designing algorithms and programming to solve complex business problems
- Prior experience in analyzing online data /Web Analytics is a big plus.
- Proficiency in SAS and SQL. Knowledge in VBA programming preferred.
- Ability to drive results with strong thought leadership.
- Excellent analytical & problem solving aptitude.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
