Must :

You must strictly have data technology startup experience with good educational background (IIM, XLRI, XIM, SIBM, SCMHRD, IMT, NMIMS, JMIMS, FMS, MDI, TISS, or equivalent).

Engineers turned HRs are highly preferred. Wow! if you have worked for big data/ data science startups in past.
