Location: Mumbai

We are looking for candidates with strong and proven track record in Credit function of leading Banks/NBFCs. The incumbent would be required to set processes for credit function and lead the role.

MBA/CA with min 10 years of post-qualification experience in real estate focused credit function of a Bank/NBFC.

Thorough understanding of different models and concepts such as Joint Venture/Development(JV/JD) model and associated risks, real estate/construction project evaluation, Structuring & credit deployment strategies prevalent in Real Estate.

Experience in complex structures and ability to carve out mechanisms & safeguards in such deals.

Exposure of devising control mechanisms and applying the same.
