- The License Manager will be responsible for obtaining, renewing, and ensuring compliance with all. necessary licenses and permits required for the operations of Burma Burma Restaurant & Tea Room.. - Oversee the entire licensing process for new restaurant openings and existing locations.. Ensure timely renewal of all necessary permits and licenses (FSSAI, Shop & Establishment, Health & Trade, Fire, Liquor License where applicable, GST, etc.)

- Liaise with regulatory authorities, municipal corporations, and government agencies for approvals and renewals

- Maintain a comprehensive database of all required licenses, their validity, and renewal. timelines.. Work closely with the legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure compliance with local,. state, and national regulations

- Handle inspections and audits related to licensing, ensuring all regulatory norms are met

- Provide guidance to the management on changes in licensing laws and their impact on business. operations.. Address any licensing-related issues, queries, or disputes efficiently

Requirements:.

- Bachelor's/Masters degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.. 5+ years of experience in licensing, compliance, or legal operations within the hospitality, food &. beverage, or retail industry, Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks governing the hospitality sector

- Experience in dealing with government agencies and regulatory bodies. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently. Proficiency in MS Office and documentation management
