Job Description: Regional Operations Manager

Profile Summary:

The Regional Operations Manager is responsible for coordinating and managing the retail operations for the company's luxury apparel business. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on professional with a solid background in children's apparel or multi-brand retail and a passion for quality and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning, P&L Accountability:

- Execute business strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives for the omni-channel brand.

- Identify growth opportunities, market trends, and competitive threats.

- Take full ownership of the P&L for the luxury apparel brand.

- Develop and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and ensure the achievement of revenue and profitability targets across sales channels.

- Prepare and present reports on business performance, strategic initiatives, and other key metrics to senior management.

- Utilize management information tools and analyze reports to identify and address trends and issues at retail stores.

Operational Management:

- Oversee the stores' operations teams and ensure that best practices are shared and implemented in all key performance areas of operations.

- Liaise with brand partners, stores, and visual merchandisers to ensure consistency of brand execution.

- Identify, communicate, and delegate key responsibilities and practices across the store team to ensure a smooth flow of operations.

- Maintain records and ensure compliance with all the compliance requirements and regulatory norms.

- Manage product and stock from the warehouse/s.

- Maintain relationships with Corporate Clients, managing and overseeing order fulfillment and complaints.

- Implement and maintain retail operational policies and procedures to incorporate a sales plan, cost control, shrinkage management and reduction, audit compliance, and people management

Team Leadership and New Store Launch:

- Manage the overall training, and employee development to ensure consistent delivery of service excellence.

- Plan and execute strategies with the Human Resources team for being proactive in recruitment, selection, orientation and training.

- Manage new store fit-outs and openings.

- Act as the primary contact between all teams (Mall, contractor, operations, and brand) within corporate guidelines to meet or exceed sales and financial goals and objectives.

Qualifications & Skill Requirements:

1.10+ years of experience as an operator in retail, ideally with 5 years in a leadership role in fashion retail.

2.Demonstrated excellence in process building and organizational skills in a high-growth environment.

3.Strong "hands-on" operational experience combined with robust people development skills.

4.Experience in managing and building processes for buying and merchandising teams.

5.Strong written and oral communication skills.

6.Comfortable managing complexity; results-driven and a people-focused business leader.

7.Proactive, with a commercial mindset and profit-driven approach.

8.Innovative and strategic thinker with strong leadership skills.

9.Fast-paced team player with high motivation.

Job Location: Prabhadevi, Mumbai.
