Marketing Manager - Gourmet Gifting

Job Title: Marketing Manager (Provenance)

Job Description:

- Develop a dynamic and goal-oriented marketing plan defining the brand's communication strategy.

- Collaborating cross-functionally with operations teams, agencies, and individuals for graphic design, PR, influencer marketing, etc.

- Drive marketing plans for new product and store launches, overseeing execution and strategic alignment.

- Lead the design, implementation, and upkeep of visual merchandising across 8 stores to ensure consistent brand representation and optimize sales impact.

- Build out and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to engage target audiences, foster brand loyalty, and drive growth through content creation and community building.

- Maintain the brand's website and drive sales across the brand's website and other online marketplaces.

- Conduct store visits, gather customer feedback, collaborate with store managers and regional teams, and build out the brand's communication plan both in-store and out of the store (through emailers, WhatsApp, in-mall communication, etc.)

- Cultivate relationships with external partners, explore collaboration opportunities with like-minded brands and individuals, and manage brand collaterals effectively.

- Analyze monthly reports, performance of marketing initiatives and promotions, and provide insights, and best practices to build out the brand's marketing strategies.

Requirements:

- 8 to 10 years of experience in Marketing, experience with a retail brand preferred.

- Good communication and team management experience.

- An uncompromising focus on execution with a no-nonsense attitude towards goals and deliverables.

- A creative bent with a discerning eye for detail and the confidence to think differently.

- Understanding the luxury retail environment is an added advantage.
