Position: Marketing Manager

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and elevate our brand presence in the luxury children's wear market. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion, a strong understanding of luxury branding, and a proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development:

- Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth.

Brand Management:

- Ensure consistency of brand messaging and visual identity across all platforms and marketing materials.

Campaign Management:

- Develop, execute, and analyze marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and influencer collaborations.

Market Research:

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the luxury Children's wear segment.

Content Creation:

- Oversee the creation of engaging content for various channels, including website, social media, blogs, and promotional materials.

Collaboration:

- Work closely with design, sales, and production teams to ensure alignment on brand vision and product launches.

Budget Management:

- Manage the marketing budget, tracking expenses and ROI for all marketing initiatives.

Performance Analysis:

- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to refine strategies.

Public Relations:

- Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry stakeholders to enhance brand visibility.

Visual merchandising:

- Executing visual merchandising strategies in accordance with international brands guidelines, while ensuring adaptation to local market trends and customer preferences.

Candidate Qualifications & Skill Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the luxury fashion or children's wear sector.

- Strong understanding of luxury branding and consumer behavior.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, social media advertising, email marketing software, etc.).

- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Passion for fashion and a keen eye for trends.

Job Location:

Head Office - Prabhadevi, Mumbai.

Reporting Manager: Business Head or Director.
