Business Development Manager, Ligne Roset

Job Requirements:
- Have an innovative approach and an ability to understand the prospective needs of the market and then develop business opportunities.
- Possess technical presentation and commercial negotiation skills.
- Conduct business development through engagement with B2B customers developed via relationships with architects, interior designers, and high-end real estate developers.
- Take ownership of all facets of the sales process, including design details, product recommendations & selection, and the sales process for customer opportunities generated through B2B contacts.
- Manage the B2B sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales, and identify new business opportunities.
- Handle the sales process from pre-sales to after-sales services by coordinating with internal stakeholders to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Have a detailed understanding of the Ligne Roset brand and its product categories to craft design solutions for the customer.
- Demonstrate an ability to work within a defined timeline to deliver expected results.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate (BA/B.com/B.sc) or higher qualification with more than 8 years of experience.
- Possess an excellent network in the high-end furniture retail industry with a particular focus on architects, interior designers, and real estate developers.
- Be a pro-active planner and executor.
- Have excellent business communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Be strong-minded with a robust personality.
- Come from a background in high-end home furniture, lighting appliances, sanitary ware, or similar products used in luxury residential projects
