Digital Marketing:
- Ensuring end-to-end execution of brand communication plans across all media platforms.
- Managing digital agency (if any) in ensuring execution of social media ads, blogs, etc.
- Sharing monthly reports capturing in-depth analysis of appropriate social media metrics, insights, and best practices and formulating an action plan based on the same.
- Ensuring the accuracy of the digital footprint of the brand online.
- Maintaining communication on the website as per brand standards.
Marketing and Collaborations:
- Managing the voice of the brand across all platforms online and offline. This includes setting the tone for the brand voice, managing a marketing calendar, and creating content.
- Managing the execution of the marketing calendar across all platforms- this includes designing and managing B2B and B2C marketing initiatives.
- Checking and verifying the quality of marketing outputs. This includes regular store visits to check visual merchandising, online reputation management, and customer feedback surveys.
- Working cross-functionally with creative, PR, marketing, customer service, sales teams, and vendors to plan and execute strategic and day-to-day marketing activities.
- Developing and managing relationships with the brand's external partners and ensuring a steady flow of communication, inclusion in all marketing promotions, executing all promotional offers, and lastly leveraging marketing support during peak business season.
- Constantly looking for opportunities for collaborations with like-minded external brands and individuals that can value add to the existing business.
- Establishing and developing best practices with the marketing and design team.
- Working with internal teams to generate ideas for brand communication and promotions.
- Ensuring that marketing, design, and creative projects are delivered on time and as per the marketing calendar.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Preparing analysis of the effectiveness of marketing campaigns- drawing information and insights of marketing initiatives and sharing with management on a timely basis.
- Creating monthly marketing reports that capture details of all the initiatives executed in a month.
- Ensuring that every activity/initiative has predefined parameters to measure the performance of the marketing activity.
Maintaining, organizing, and updating key databases including,
- Inventory list of all marketing collateral and items
- Inventory list of all visual merchandise
- Press coverage
Requirements:
- 2-5 years actual experience in marketing, PR, or digital marketing.
- Proficiency in MS Office with strength in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Understanding and experience with all relevant social media applications and digital platforms.
- Exceptional communication skills, meticulous, and strong team player.
- Understanding the retail environment is an added advantage.
- Well organized, independent, and an excellent planner.
