Position Summary:

- Burger Singh, one of India's most dynamic burger chains, is seeking a Strategic Business Manager to join our team.

- This role provides deep insights into the strategic direction, customer experience enhancement, and executive functions of a leading fast-food brand.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead special projects initiated by the CEO, including exploring new business ventures, driving process improvements, and enhancing the overall customer experience.

- Play a central role in the development, refinement, and execution of the organization's strategic plan, with a specific focus on brand experience and customer satisfaction.

- Conduct comprehensive analyses and provide strategic recommendations to support long-term organizational goals, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and brand positioning.

- Manage and coordinate strategic projects directly overseen by the CEO, ensuring alignment with company objectives, customer-centric strategies, and effective delivery.

- Foster cross-departmental collaboration to ensure strategic alignment, smooth operational execution, and seamless customer experience across stores.

- Organize and facilitate strategic planning sessions, focusing on brand experience enhancement, customer feedback, and operational improvements.

- Support the CEO in managing relationships with key external stakeholders, including partners, investors, industry leaders, and customer-focused organizations.

- Conduct thorough market research, customer feedback analysis, and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions and uncover new opportunities to elevate the brand and improve customer engagement.

- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for strategic initiatives, with a specific emphasis on customer experience, operational efficiency, and brand loyalty. Provide regular updates to the CEO and relevant stakeholders.

- Assist the CEO in managing and responding to critical business challenges and crises, ensuring a strategic and coordinated approach that prioritizes customer experience and brand reputation.

Essential Skills:

- Exceptional multi-tasking abilities, with a proven capacity to handle executive responsibilities, customer experience initiatives, and operational oversight.

- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, coupled with excellent organizational abilities, focusing on customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

- Mandatory MBA from a prestigious institution.

- Prior experience working with C-level executives.

- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a high-growth startup environment, in roles involving customer experience, brand management, or operations.
