Must Skills: SFDC Project Manager
- Develop project timelines and project plans.
- Establish and enforce project governance for communications, status reporting, decision-making, escalations, risk management, issue management, document repository, etc.
- Track and report team progress against timelines and plans.
- Define project scope and proactively manage changes in scope throughout the project
- Discuss/challenge/lead Salesforce project decisions
- Maximize Salesforce capabilities (Declarative) ahead of custom coding (Programmatic)
- Lead and confirm project milestones and goals are met with expected excellence
- Coordinate release management/deployment activities.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of Bachelor's Degree.
- 5-7 years of experience leading Salesforce or similar CRM projects
- Hands on experience configuring Salesforce or similar CRM Product, including workflows, validation rules, and security controls
- Proven ability leveraging analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
- Strong presentation, communication (written and verbal) skills, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio
- PMP or similar certification is a plus
- Salesforce Certification is a plus
