Job Description:
The QWay for the assigned programs / account / IBU will be responsible for:
- Customer facing from Quality perspective, involved in large/Key customer meetings, QBR, MBR and presenting the quality implementation status to the customers.
- Steering the customization and implementation of QWay charter for the assigned IBU / IBG, aligning to delivery leaders and other stakeholders' expectations
- Driving the implementation of best-in-class, mature, delivery practices, tools, reusable assets, standards, models, and frameworks across the assigned IBU/IBG - aligning to the delivery context
- Ensuring Engg tools and code quality tools usage (like SonarQube, CAST) Facilitating the overall delivery governance and performance reporting across services for applicable projects, programs and IBU/IBG
- Engaging across the SBU / QWay and with delivery stakeholders, to improve delivery performance through the effective adoption of Quality levers and parameters
- Providing support to business development activities including RFP responses / solution reviews, project delivery due diligence and customer engagements
- Supporting the Deliverability Readiness Assessment (DRA) team to schedule and conduct DRAs for applicable deals post win and ensuring the effective closure of DA risks and findings
- Reviewing contracts, identifying key / critical contractual commitments, enabling compliance tracking of those commitments, and highlighting any issues / risks as early as possible to stakeholders
- Driving effective risk management practices across the SBU/IBG/IBU, including early risk identification, mitigation, and reporting
- Driving timely implementation of QWay interventions (Quality gate checks / PMRs / QMRs/etc.,) across applicable projects, programs, and accounts
- Enhancing the capability and performance of accounts through QWay training and enablement sessions
- Enabling the effective closure of external / internal assessment findings by delivery teams
- Conduction Root Cause Analysis (RCA) along with Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)
- Supporting account / project teams during customer visits, audits, and other customer events
- Presenting QWay capability presentations to clients addressing client-specific requirements as an independent team
- Driving a management-by-metrics culture across the assigned programs / projects
