Major Responsibilities:
- Analyze business, processes and systems performance (Balance Scorecards, KPIs..), and identify process re-engineering opportunities to improve productivity, optimize costs, increase available capacity, improve accuracy and timeliness, redesign roles and functions.
- Ensure improvement methodology and tools (which includes job redesign through design thinking, business process re-engineering through VSM, Lean and Six sigma methodologies and the adoption of Technology/Automation and Digitalization) are effectively implemented and utilized to achieve maximum results and facilitate replicability
- Facilitate proper documentations of policies & procedures (including process flow charts) for processes in review, in accordance with best practices, and ensure proper governance framework.
- Implement, track and report overall performance from a project management perspective for all process re-engineering initiatives.
- Communicate proactively with stakeholders and key management on progress, issues and plans for resolution
Criteria for Performance Evaluation (KPIs):
- Adherence to overall process performance standards
- Compliance with defined processes, BV internal and External guidelines
- Complete and visually effective documentation
- Adherence to the committed deadlines
- Quality of delivery in line with expectation of stakeholders
Skills & Qualities:
- Masters / Degree in Business, Engineering or any related discipline
- 6 to 8 years of related Business Process Reengineering experience in service industry (Experience in TIC industry shall be an advantage)
- PMP or Agile Project Management or equivalent certification is preferred
- Has sound knowledge of the principles and concepts that underpin change management and can advise on a 'good practice approach to business change
- Background in LEAN methodologies is a plus
- High EQ, curiosity, courageousness, and incisiveness
- Flexibility in working with people from multiple cultures, for whom English is not a first language
- Skills to collaborate with global/regional/local colleagues as part of a physical or virtual team
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Focusing on critical processes, using cross-functional teams, information technology, leadership and process analysis
- Applicants with management background, possess leadership skill and excellent presentation and interpersonal skill
