bulkMRO.com is a startup seeking highly motivated and self starter individuals for B2B sales of Maintenance, Repair and Operations (MRO) industrial and consumable products.
Our products are applicable for all industry segments including Engineering, Construction, Auto, Pharma, Oil and Gas and Power.
Key requirements and JD:
1. 8-10 years of Sales experience with End-User (B2B) Sales with at least 2 years as a Branch/Area Manager.
2. Execute sales processes on sales calls/territory mapping/key account mapping/coverage etc.
3. Plan and execute forecast process.
4. Lead a team of frontline sales professionals and motivate them to deliver on the sales objectives.
5. Construct the Branch Business Plan (Annual/Qtr/Month) by markets and product category.
6. Responsible for collections as per targets.
7. Deploy and monitor execution of promotions, trade shows and other market initiatives aligned to the Sales Strategy of the region.
8. New Channel Activation program.
9. Plan and execute product-pull plan through end-user coverage plan.
10. Strategize to grow the region in terms of sales, revenue, and profitability.
11. Expand the customer base.
12. Resource planning and drive productivity year-on-year.
13. New Business Development via prospecting, qualifying and selling services and products in the assigned territory of business, ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.
