Role: Regional Sales Manager - We are looking for rockstar Regional Sales Manager to own a P&L and lead a team of 5-10 Sales Associates.
Key Responsibilities :
- Hunting and Farming key enterprise clients to deliver sales targets for technology-led procurement
- Liaise with senior management in enterprise clients to develop strategic relationships
- Work closely with the Central procurement team to fulfill client requirements as per agreed SLAs
- Ensuring full compliance on accounts receivables, taxation, and payables

Must haves :
- 5+ years of enterprise sales experience (FMCG, Pharma, Consumer Durables, etc.) preferably in Indirect/MRO categories
- Self-starter, go-getter, passionate about disrupting an industry and building things from scratch
- High bias for action with willingness to roll his/her sleeves up to deliver results
- Strong execution-excellence mindset with the ability to inspire and lead a team
- Undergraduate, MBA from Tier 1 institutions
Compensation : INR 25-40L plus ESOPs (based on experience level)
