- Excellent customer services skills
- Ability to perform manual calculations as and when required
- Knowledge of statutory and legislative regulations
- Clear and concise communication, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of local tax legislation
Duties and responsibilities:
- Handling payroll accounting
- Tracking of data related to employee compensation.
- Apply payroll information to the overall business (general ledger) to ensure legal compliance and accurate information for proper financial decision-making.
- Prepare payroll related reconciliations (P&L and Balance Sheet items) on a monthly basis.
- Co-ordinate with the banking team for funds availability for payroll and taxes.
- Co-ordinate with Payroll Administrator - People and tax consultant and oversee tax compliances.
