Key work Areas

- Analyzing the budget of various divisions in the organization.

- Ensure compliance

- Analyze the budgeted area where cost can be controlled

- Imply SOP in all areas of work

- Well versed with Budgeting, Financial reporting, taxation, auditing, corporate finance, business recovery and insolvency.

- To manage Group Reporting, Profit & Loss, Headcount, Sales Reporting, Budgeting & Forecasting for various Business Units of large size

- Should have a very good financial knowledge with a good understanding of P&L creation and Accounting.

- Needs to partner with the Business heads and have a good understanding of legalities of the business environment & growth drivers for the business.

- Robust Company, Divisional & Departmental financial plans, budgets and forecasts are prepared, delivered and support the achievement of Company strategy, conducting budgetary analysis for the functions and assist in conducting financial performance analysis for the business process improvements.

- Effective management of Costs allocation / reallocation of investments per business requirements

- Develop commercial models, reports and forecasts which challenge & strengthen business unit decision making processes.

Desired candidate profile:

- Candidate must be a chartered Accountant with more than 15 years experience post qualification

- Candidate only from reputed brands are preferred

- Strong analytical skills

- Excellent business acumen

- Prior experience of handling teams
