Graduate's B.E, B. Tech, B.Sc. Preferably with MBA with excellent communication skills both verbal and written, having experience in and responsible for :
- Lead the BU portfolio to consistent profitable growth, by linking sources of customer value to products and service/solution offerings, driving business expansion and building a high-impact team
- Preparing Strategy & budget
- Stakeholder / Vendor Management
- Operational efficiency
- People Management
- Drive P&L for the business
- Plan and manage budgets to maximize strategic investments
- Drive market penetration for new and existing products and customer engagement
- Guidance for sales incentive plan
- Framework to incorporate market studies, competition trends
- Identify areas of improvement and new product / service opportunities
- Explore joint go-to-market strategy to accelerate market penetration
- Continuous improvement and learning for the overall
- Ability to handle business size worth ~250-300 Cr's
Profiles should have:
- 5+ years of experience in a leadership role
- Experience in Sales and Service preferred
- Experience of having managed the business for at a Country level
- Good understanding of how government tenders work in India
- Those having experience in Hi tech manufacturing Industry like Semiconductor, Automotive, Microscopic (Preferred), Aerospace, etc.
