- Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled IT Hiring manager with experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Oracle Fusion hiring.

- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting for technical, functional roles, particularly in the areas of Oracle EBS and Fusion.

- This role involves sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to meet our company's hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with team to understand the technical requirements and qualifications for open positions.

- Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.

- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' technical skills and cultural fit.

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance.

- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.

- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) - Smart Recruiter to manage candidate information and track recruitment metrics.

- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in technical recruiting, particularly in Oracle EBS and Fusion.
