Job Description:

Experience: 2+ Years in Oracle Products

Employment Type: Full-time, with benefits

Work Schedule: 5 days (Sunday to Thursday) with Friday and Saturday off

Location: Hyderabad / Work from Office

- Experienced in Oracle Products, with a solid understanding of SEO, Digital Marketing, and Ad Campaigns.

- A strong communicator who can connect with potential customers and build long-term relationships.

Job Description: As a Business Development Manager, you will be instrumental in expanding our client base by acquiring new enterprise customers, generating high-potential leads, and achieving sales targets.

Your key responsibilities include:

- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and engage prospective clients through various sales channels, including digital marketing campaigns, SEO, and targeted ads.

- Customer Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions involving Oracle Products.

- Sales Target Achievement: Set and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals through effective sales strategies.

- Market Research: Stay up to date with Oracle product developments, competitor activities, and industry trends to enhance your sales approach.

- Collaboration with Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies and leverage digital channels effectively.
