About the Job:
- We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead sales efforts in the heavy mining machinery sector.

Requirements:
- MBA preferred, with a focus on Sales, Marketing, or Business Development.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in heavy machinery sales.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strong motivation and passion for sales.
- Ability to quickly respond to customer needs and provide effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to interact with customers, employees, and management.
- Experience in managing departmental profitability while controlling expenses and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Fluency in English is required.
Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
