BSES - Senior Manager - Sales

About the Job:

- We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead sales efforts in the heavy mining machinery sector.

- This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills to drive sales, develop client relationships, and manage a high-performing sales team.

- The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the industry, a proven track record in sales, and the ability to develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop a strong understanding of product capabilities and features, comparing and analyzing competitive models.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to gather and analyze customer, competitor, and industry-related data.

- Train and mentor the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying and engaging with potential customers.

- Provide regular sales reports and insights to management.

- Enhance the company's reputation by identifying new opportunities to add value and improve service offerings.

Requirements:

- MBA preferred, with a focus on Sales, Marketing, or Business Development.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in heavy machinery sales.

- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

- Strong motivation and passion for sales.

- Ability to quickly respond to customer needs and provide effective solutions.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to interact with customers, employees, and management.

- Experience in managing departmental profitability while controlling expenses and ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Fluency in English is required.

Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
