Requirements:


- Education: MBA in HR or a related field.


- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR software, and performance management systems.


- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.


- Ability to handle sensitive situations with confidentiality and professionalism.


- Strong analytical skills to assess HR metrics and improve overall workforce efficiency.
