Brut - Head - Post Production

Specification:

- Relevant work experience of at least 7 years in editing videos

- Deep understanding of branding and editorial content

- Ability to meet deadlines and manage a team

- Proven track record of managing production of video news content from conception to production, from short form to feature lengths

- Have experience of handling budgets

- Liaison between the editorial and branding team and the production team to address technical concerns.

- Help the production team meet brand and editorial deadlines

- You will need to work effectively with a wide variety of staff

- Managing the workload of multiple edits at a time

- Experience in managing time of editors, assistant editors and coordinators.

- Excellent organisation skills, interpersonal and management skills.

- Attention to detail and accuracy is a must solid technical understanding

- Sourcing innovative solutions to improve the efficiency of the Postproduction

- Working with the Tech team to ensure on location post production work is abiding to standards

- Conversant with social media best practices

Qualifications and Skills required:

- Media Degree or relevant qualification

- Outstanding knowledge of workflows based around Adobe Premiere Pro
