BrowserStack - Technical Program Manager

BrowserStack is looking for an exceptionally talented Technical Program Manager; someone who is geek at heart and possesses great management skills. The Program Manager will be working closely with our young, energetic, and geeky engineering team, and will be responsible for motivating and driving them towards timely product delivery.

The ideal person will bridge technology and business, through better coordination. Through the judicious use of communication, they will be expected to fast-track progress of our products, ensure timely delivery of tasks, and optimal use of engineering manpower to take us forward to the next level of awesomeness.

What we are looking for :

- Program Manager, who can execute as well as strategize; execute current action items and give strategic inputs from lessons learned.

- Knows his tools: identify and utilize appropriate project management tools according to business needs. Map and document core processes to ensure the smooth running of the program/project.

- Builds relationships: develop strong partnerships with technology and business leaders.

- Manage Reports: track and report on key metrics, both monthly and quarterly. Set up clear and concise reporting dashboards to be shared with key stakeholders on a regular basis.

- Getting things done: facilitate the timely completion of high quality deliverables. Hold self and others accountable for outstanding results.

To be successful in this role you should have :

- Ability to define the process, while keeping things light and adaptable.

- Strong command over verbal and written communication skills.

- Be comfortable generating and working with data

- Strong attention to detail

- Expertise in planning and collaboration

- Ability to manage multiple major concurrent projects

- Mastered Agile methods and practices through multiple teams (Scrum and Kanban)

- Attention to detail

- 4+ years of program management experience
