Job Description :
1. Plan hiring for Sales/Tech and business functions at scale, working closely with the business and the recruiting lead
2. Define job profiles which aligns with business objectives
3. Source and interview candidates
4. Setting up quality standards for Hiring & brining best practices on board
5. Stakeholder management
Requirements :
1. Strong sourcing ability of at least 2 years, using multiple hiring channels like LinkedIn, Naukri, iimjobs, etc
2. Ability and willingness to learn and put in the hard paces in recruiting
3. Experience in hiring sales, business development and customer success talent at scale.
4. Experience in planning and managing hiring drives
5. 2-6 years of recruitment experience
