Simply put, we;re looking for someone to scale and grow the online business of Browntape's Enterprise clients.
Ideal candidate will be from the top 3 marketplaces with managing over 200+ people reporting to the Co-founders.
Experience:
7+ years in a Team Management, Business Development and Client-Facing role. At least 3-4 years in-depth experience in an eCommerce company, preferably more than 1 major marketplace or multi channel (marketplace) experience. Proven track record of exponentially growing multiple sellers business or scaling a category's performance on eCommerce.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Category Managers, ensure they meet their targets
- Scale overall business and increase GMV for Browntape's entire Enterprise Client portfolio
- Know best practices such as ranking in marketplaces
- Establish excellent relations with Category Managers of various marketplaces
- Conceptualize and execute Digital Marketing campaigns
- Give regular inputs to the Product team
- Interact with clients on a weekly/monthly basis
- Regularly dispense marketplace and business improvement - gyan- to Category Managers for their clients
Skill Required:
- Strong knowledge and Over-all experience of eCommerce: Marketplace Operations, Business Development, Vendor Management and Strategy.
