Experience:
7-15 years in a Team Management, Business Development and Client-Facing role. At least 5 years in-depth experience in an Ecommerce company, preferably more than 1 major marketplace or multi channel (marketplace) experience. Proven track record of exponentially growing multiple sellers- business or scaling a category's performance on eCommerce.
Responsibilities:
Lead a team of Category Managers, ensure they meet their targets
Scale overall business and increase GMV for Browntape's entire Enterprise Client portfolio
Know best practices such as ranking in marketplaces
Establish excellent relations with Category Managers of various marketplaces
Conceptualize and execute Digital Marketing campaigns
Give regular inputs to the Product team
Interact with clients on a weekly/monthly basis
Regularly dispense marketplace and business improvement - gyan- to Category Managers for their clients
Skill Required:
Strong Knowledge and Over-all Experience of Ecommerce: Marketplace Operations, Business Development, Vendor Management and Strategy.
