Job Description: SAP FICO Consultant (Remote) | FMCG Industry

Position: SAP FICO Consultant

Location: Remote

Industry: FMCG (Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, configure, and implement SAP FICO solutions for financial and controlling processes in the FMCG industry.

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP FICO functional specifications.

- Ensure seamless integration of SAP FICO with other SAP modules like MM, SD, and PP.

- Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and provide support for SAP FICO-related issues.

- Work closely with finance teams to streamline financial processes, reporting, and compliance.

- Optimize financial workflows, cost management, and budget planning using SAP functionalities.

- Lead end-to-end implementation and rollout of SAP FICO solutions for new business units.

- Conduct training sessions and provide user support for finance teams.

- Ensure adherence to FMCG-specific financial regulations and reporting standards.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive process improvements and automation.

Required Skillset:

- Strong experience in SAP FICO (Finance & Controlling) with hands-on configuration expertise.

- Deep understanding of financial accounting (FI), controlling (CO), and integration with other SAP modules.

- Experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Asset Accounting.

- Knowledge of Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, and Profitability Analysis.

- Exposure to FMCG-specific financial workflows and reporting requirements.

- Experience in SAP S/4HANA and Fiori applications is a plus.
