Position Overview:
Broadway Infotech is looking for an "Global Market Expansion" Professional for the Dedicated market who has the drive and passion to build profitable enterprises from the ground up. This role is responsible for strategizing, implementing, and managing the company's market entry and expansion efforts into new international territories with a focus on enhancing the global reach of our B2B technology and point of sale retail solutions.We are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join our team specializing in Point of Sale (POS) hardware and software solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales in the global market, focusing on regions such as Australia, New Zealand, UK/USA/Canada(Majorly) . This role requires flexibility in shift timings to accommodate different time zones.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Analysis and Strategy Development:
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential markets for expansion.
- Develop tailored market entry strategies for each identified region.
- Analyze competitive landscapes and adapt strategies to maximize competitive advantages.
Vendor and Supplier Negotiations:
- Negotiate terms with suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous agreements.
- Work closely with the procurement team to ensure supply chain efficiency.
Stakeholder Engagement and Relationship Management:
- Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders in new markets.
- Represent the company at international business events and conferences.
- Negotiate partnerships and collaborations with local businesses.
Engage with Existing Markets:
- Provide strategic advice and successful techniques to existing market teams (AU/IND).
- Learn from established markets to refine and adapt new market strategies.
Project and Team Management:
- Oversee the execution of market entry projects, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
- Manage cross-functional teams assigned to international projects.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. Reporting and Compliance
- Prepare detailed reports on market entry strategies and their outcomes for senior management.
- Ensure all international business activities comply with local laws and regulations.
Learning and Development:
- Pursue continuous professional development to stay updated on international business trends.
- Participate in training and workshops relevant to international market expansion
Preferred candidate profile:
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in international business development or market expansion roles - (Essential - US/UK/CANADA Market)
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, International Relations, or related field - (Essential)
- Master's degree or MBA preferred - Desirable
- Experience in the technology and POS sectors - Desirable
Technical Skills:
- Familiarity with POS hardware and software solutions- Essential
- Knowledge of international trade and regulations - Essential
- Experience using CRM software (e.g.HubSpot) to manage sales processes-Essential
