What You'll Do -
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for a wide range of openings across Technology
- Regular interactions with Hiring Managers to understand their hiring needs and determine the effective recruitment plans to be implemented
- Drive and implement innovative strategies for pipeline generation of diverse talent by leveraging tools like LinkedIn, Naukri & social media
- Create and manage effective partner networks
- Build strong relationships with team members to encourage high quality referrals, and help run our internal and external referral program
- Provide updates to hiring managers on pipeline, candidate status, talk and brainstorm about the roadblocks
- Maintain data integrity and report recruiting metrics as needed
- Develop meaningful relationships with candidates by providing an excellent experience from first conversation to on-boarding
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Higher in Human Resources or related field
- 4-7 years of technology hiring experience
- Knowledge of online recruiting and social media recruiting channels
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
- Strong organization, attention to detail and follow-up skills
