Senior Product Analyst, Product Lead
Roles & Responsibilities
- Resolving client queries and issues based on the understanding of the Product functionalities and how the Product interacts with various upstream and downstream Products. Raising PPEs (Production Problem Events) when required.
- Functional validation, issue analysis, Business/Product training, driving internal group process initiatives/improvements. Scheduling/ planning SSRs
- Leverage expertise in workflow and process management, define requirements and build and measure critical metric around reliability & usage, responsible to maintain product backlog prioritization updates, including release timeline, and establish & maintain consistent communications with client counterpart
- Provide support to clients on the features of their product and provide solutions to technical inquiries, support Product Management and Sales Training to provide education on key features of the product to drive sales, and partner with various departments such as technology, client services, Conversions, and operations as it relates to product implementation and support
- Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the product and connectivity with client's feedback. Develop and articulate the vision for the product and actively support sales engagements. Develop strategies to improve revenue and market penetration. Ensure product's quality pre- and post-launch in collaboration with technology. Identify and build business plans with financial projections for new products, services or offerings, become SME on product and industry
Must haves:
- 2 - 10 years of hands-on industry experience in Product Support or Management, Securities Processing, Operations or Business or techno-functional role, with working knowledge of at least one key market in which Broadridge operates
- A passion/ flair for the IB domain and committed to a career in Product Management
- Excellent analytical skills, excellent oral and written communication (fluency of thought and word), time management, ability to work under pressure and ability/willingness to learn
- Willingness to work in hours straddling US business hours (up to around 1 AM IST)
- Willingness to commit up to 3 years with the group in view of the specialized training rendered on Business /Product/Technology, On job training (5-6 months), Evaluation exercises and assignments (300+ hours)
Good-to-have experience/qualities:
- Exposure or expertise in the respective areas / Products mentioned will a huge advantage
- Proven experience of having worked with teams across functions (Development/Business Analysis/QA/Operations) and geographies
