Technical Skills:
- Understands how to apply technology to improve the operational effectiveness or efficiency of specific functions or applications.
- Implement, customize, and configure BMC products.
- Integrate BMC products to each other and third-party applications.
- Accountable to client for achieving specific outcomes by delivering services as directed by the project manager and technical lead.
- Implementation, Development and Customization of Remedy AR System and Out of the Box Applications
- Custom built applications using the AR System
- Upgrades & Migrations
- ITIL Process Consulting and Gap Analysis based ITIL and ITSM 9.x
- Performance Diagnostics load testing, speed diagnostics
- Troubleshooting & enhancements to existing Remedy systems
- Knowledge of the ITIL v3 service life cycle and ITSM best practices
- Identify, perform root cause analysis, provide work-around and resolution for Problem tickets raised from existing Incidents or potential problems identified by themselves, the support team or leads
- Root-cause analysis, work-around and solution to Problem tickets is the responsibility of this team
- Investigate and implement solutions on improving overall performance of the system
- Deploy hot-fix / work-around provided by BMC
- Participate in Change Notes analysis, development, building test cases, unit testing and deployment
- Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application.
- Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running.
- Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

- BMC-Remedy-IT Service Management (ITSM)
- BMC Remedy Action Request System v9.0+
- Development and Integration - ITSM Suite v9.0+ (Service Desk, Change & Release Management, SLM, Asset Management, SRMS, Software Lifecycle Management), Knowledge Management, Atrium CMDB 9.x, Atrium Integrator.
- Out-of-the box and third-party integration with BMC Remedy tools, web services and APIs
- BMC Smart IT BMC Smart Reporting Cloud Lifecycle Management
- BMC Discovery True Sight Operations Management
- From Scratch Implementation of any of the ITIL Service Strategy or Service Operation Process using BMC Remedy ARS v8.x or v9.-
