1. Support the Sales Team on a day-to-day basis by owning the responsibility for :
a. Drafting business solutions, proposals, presentations, case studies, white papers and other sales collaterals as per the requirement given by the Sales Team
b. Improving the existing sales collaterals for better product positioning and market outreach ( Microsoft Word, PowerPoint & Excel)
2. Liaise with multiple teams and exhibit robust program management to build a synchronized and coherent response for project delivery
3. Work as customer success manager for large deals and accounts to support Country Head and National Sales Head and take care of all the activities after-sales closure ( Proposal to Invoicing)
4. Proactively embed the use of the CRM (Salesforce) in day-to-day sales functions and consistently follow sales best practices and processes
5. Provide support in identifying new prospects, qualifying leads, and handing over warm leads to the sales team
