Position Overview:

Responsible for regional supply chain & planning activities for Modern Trade Channel

Key Stakeholders:

Internal:

Manager Supply Chain Channels, National Distribution Manager, Planning Managers, Head Replenishment, Regional MT Sales Manager, Regional Customer Service Managers, Regional Customer Service Officers, MT- Customer Service Officer, Key Account Manager, Modern Trade Sales Operations Manager, Brand Manager

External:

Customer Replenishment counterparts, C&Fs and Transporters

Job requirements:

Education:

Post Graduation in Management / Supply chain from a institute of repute e.g. SP Jain, NITIE etc

Experience:

2-3 years of experience in Supply chain preferably with FMCG or Retail background.

Competencies:

Good understanding of Retail industry processes and supply chain

Good Communication skills

Commercial and Negotiation Skills.

Self motivated & performance driven. Very high level of execution skill.

Key Responsibilities:

Master Data Management:

- Data hub for managing all current/new codes customer wise by laisioning with brand and replenishment team

- Timely communication to internal team and customer on Dhanushes/promotions

- Supervise COP master, stock reservation norms and module upkeep

Impacting stock availability and Fill rates:

- Monthly start mapping of depot fresh stocks as per channel plan and ensuring availability

- Internal weekly/fortnightly replenishment meeting for higher availability

- Tracking service levels/fills for customers and planning gap areas

- Critical SKU tracking at customer region level to impact availability

- Focus customers and projects per customer to drive fills

- Customer focused and specific RCA's and con call to address gap areas and build confidence

Sales Planning for Channel :

- Liasion with APO team for First cut plan template preparation for MT, CSD and ACD

- supervise compilation of first cut plan, checking of plan for key/focus SKU's and correct FG codes

- Promo Planning with inputs from sales team into first cut

Liaison with Central replenishment and regional replenishment teams:

- Channel plan upload and cross checking for the veracity

- Inputs of specific and urgent requirement of stock/dispatch planning

- Follow up on IRT's/IDT's and stock movement in regions

- Review on performance of availability and action plan for the month

- Getting support assistance on specific or perennial depot specific issue

- Gathering input of promo/newness and IRT/NPC call

MIS and Trackers for Channel:

- Daily validity of stocks, sales and fill rate report

- Analysis of fill rate and highlighting lapsed orders and action points

- Focus brand and New launches fill rate and stock tracker

Training, Coaching and Review of the Direct reports and regional teams:

- Training to the Channel region team on the ways of working and smoother operations
