Position Overview:
Vendor Management & creation of supplier base for visibility & promotions.
- Handling Retail activation - from conceptualization to execution for maximum channel extraction and profitability.
- Devising various consumer- connect programs, thus providing an impetus to Sales.
- Creating a dominant Visual Impact for Britannia.
- Co- ordination with the Central Marketing team on National level promotions & branding activities.
- Build shopper- centric approach to channel strategies
Job Requirements : MBA
Experience: 5- 8 years in FMCG/Telecom/Consumer durables
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Activation:
- Planning & Executing all BTL activities- Events, promotions, product placement, & corporate sampling
- Tracking of activities of competition/ market trends & customer preferences
- Retail planning & outdoor media, MT branding & activation
- Responsible for creative development & media planning for all ATL/BTL communication
- Closely work with Brand teams for Brand agenda with Channel
Budgeting:
- Preparation of budgets & allocation of the same
- Control the budgets & expenditures for higher market share & visibility
- Budget tracking systems management
- Budget planning & spends reporting on activity & period basis
Trade Activation:
- Provide Clutter- breaking visibility. Handling all promotional activities
- Developing merchandise to increase awareness, support BTL activities and provide a differential impact for Britannia in stores
- Developing strategies to maximize market share through regular consumer interactions & market research
- Retail Activation: Conceptualization to execution
- Consumer connect programs
- Provide Shopper solutions
Vendor Management:
- Co- ordinate & develop vendors, audit agency & manpower agency for smooth Trade Marketing operations
- Creation of supplier base for visibility & promotions"
Planning:
- Developing game plan to align Trade Marketing strategies with the Overall Sales Strategy
- Calendarize & execute the plan
- Track progress,do course correction & measure the key metrics to achieve the desired shifts
- Ensure all plans are in place and periodic tracking of channel performance and sampling programs
