Key Account Manager - Enterprise
- We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Key Account Manager to join our team and play a critical role in driving sustainable growth within our key client portfolio.
- You will leverage your strong relationship-building skills and industry expertise to cultivate strong partnerships with our most strategic accounts, identify and pursue new business opportunities, and ensure exceptional customer success.
Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture high-impact, long-term relationships with key decision-makers within assigned enterprise accounts.
- Develop trusted advisor relationships by deeply understanding client needs, challenges, and business objectives.
- Craft and deliver compelling sales presentations that showcase the value proposition of our solutions and their alignment with client goals.
- Negotiate and close complex deals to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Oversee the successful implementation and ongoing delivery of solutions to ensure client satisfaction and achieve desired business outcomes.
- Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts, driving account expansion and revenue growth.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams (sales, product, delivery) to ensure seamless customer experience and successful project execution.
- Provide strategic guidance and insights on industry trends and competitor landscapes to inform account management strategies.
- Regularly monitor and analyze key account metrics, forecasting and reporting on performance to stakeholders.
- Champion and implement strategies to foster client loyalty and strengthen long-term partnerships.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably within a B2B or complex solution-selling environment.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and achieving ambitious revenue targets through effective account management.
- Strong understanding of the enterprise sales cycle, from opportunity identification to deal closure.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust at all levels.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, effectively communicating value propositions and securing win-win deals.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, stay organized, and meet deadlines consistently.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision making and performance optimization.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
