Key Account Manager
Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and maintain long-term, strategic relationships with key decision-makers within your assigned territory.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with existing and potential customers to understand their specific needs and demonstrate how Brilyant's technology solutions can deliver exceptional value.
- Develop and execute compelling sales strategies to acquire new clients and consistently exceed sales goals.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of Brilyant's product portfolio and a strong understanding of the competitive landscape within the B2B technology sector.
- Develop accurate sales forecasts and implement strategic plans to achieve them.
- Maintain meticulous records of all leads, customer accounts, and sales activities within our CRM system.
- Collaborate effectively with the marketing team to create targeted marketing materials and campaigns.
- Leverage strong negotiation skills to secure favorable pricing and contract terms during sales cycles.
- Possess exceptional communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate Brilyant's value proposition.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the IT hardware, Telecom, Semiconductor, or Mobility solutions sectors.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and manage key accounts.
- In-depth knowledge of B2B sales methodologies and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market trends and industry insights.
- Ability to prioritize effectively, manage time efficiently, and work independently while collaborating within a team environment.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
