Key Account Manager - Education
Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers in educational institutions across your assigned territory.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and showcase how Brilyant's EdTech solutions can enhance their learning environments.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to secure new clients and consistently exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales strategies and impactful marketing materials.
- Demonstrate exceptional negotiation skills to secure favorable pricing and contract terms during sales cycles.
- Maintain meticulous records of all leads, customer accounts, and sales activities within our CRM system.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless project implementation and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in outside sales, preferably within the EdTech sector.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven track record of success in achieving and exceeding sales targets in the education domain.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications and a working knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to identify customer needs and propose customized solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Outstanding customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term partnerships.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
