Inside Sales Representative


Responsibilities:

- Proactively identify and qualify new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calling, and email outreach.

- Conduct targeted email campaigns to reach key decision-makers within your assigned target market.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs and educating them on Brilyant's offerings.

- Demonstrate strong active listening skills to identify customer pain points and tailor solutions accordingly.

- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to qualification, proposal creation, and closing deals.

- Collaborate effectively with internal teams (marketing, customer service) to ensure a seamless sales experience.

- Contribute to accurate sales forecasting and work strategically to achieve individual and team sales goals.

- Continuously develop your product knowledge and stay up-to-date on industry trends.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a B2B sales environment (Inside Sales or Account Management preferred).

- Strong understanding of sales fundamentals and the ability to effectively navigate the sales cycle.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with a focus on building rapport.

- Proven ability to qualify leads, identify decision-makers, and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.

- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and a strong understanding of sales methodologies.

- Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.

- A self-motivated and results-oriented individual with a strong work ethic and a hunger for success
