The Sales Excellence and Transformation function is critical between company strategy and execution. Vision of the function is to enhance Brillio's customer success impact, build a best-in-class organization that proactively focuses on customer value by creating the growth mindset, frameworks, and tools that generate increased opportunities, spark additional client conversations, and deliver industry-leading growth.

As a Sales Excellence and Transformation associate, you would be actively involved in Sales Pipeline generation and operations activities. You would be partnering with Sales, Marketing and Alliances Leadership in implementing the growth framework aimed at resulting in increasing productivity and effectiveness of the sales organization.

Primary Responsibilities :

- Develop weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales pipeline reports in Microsoft excel and PowerPoint

- Bring in fresh perspective, analogies and ideas for business presentations

- Develop various sales analysis like Win/Loss, competition, verticals, alliances, sales coverage etc

- Planning, organizing and coordinating on Monthly account growth reviews

- Contribute and update Sales Deck, BD Intelligence Report and Growth Framework

- Contributing to the QBR's, account reviews, pipeline reviews and budgeting processes for the sales organization

- Ensuring that systems accurately represent sales information and are effectively used by the sales team to process transactions and provide information about the status of the business.

- Partnering with cross-functional team leaders to identify opportunities for process improvement.

- Collaborating with the Sales and practice teams to plan for the growth of the company.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :

- Min. 2 years of experience in a sales strategy, operations, management consulting, or business insights / analytics roles

- Advanced Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint skills are mandatory

- Ability to manage multiple assignments and work independently

- Keen to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment

- Results-oriented with strong decision-making skills and the ability to prioritize multiple objectives while meeting aggressive deadlines

- Ability to interface with all levels of employees, from Executive level to employee base

- Strong written, verbal, presentation, and phone communication skills

Qualifications :

- Post Graduate degree in Business Management
