Roles & Responsibilities:
- Prepare sales & marketing collaterals and enable the sales & client management team to showcase the capabilities and solutions
- Work with various team to develop industry solutions
- Manage various sales & marketing campaigns
- Creation of responses to Requests for Information (RFI), Requests for Proposal (RFP) and other requests including RFQ, PQQ and so on
- Preparing opportunity specific case studies
- Liaison with Project / Delivery Managers and Development to understand details of proposal solution and communicate information back to sales organization
- Client Visits - Planning and coordination across various stakeholders
- Assist delivery / sales team with presentation of solution / capabilities to prospects and clients
Required Skills:
- Ability of understand customer problem statements and work with delivery teams to design the solution
- Excellent in communication (Verbal & Written) of technical and business information to widely varied audiences
- Excellent interpersonal relationship building skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple work streams in parallel
- Strong exposure and understanding of sales life cycle, global delivery models (On-site/Off-shore etc)
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multi-cultural, dispersed and multi-party teams & working within a matrix structure to harness capabilities of the team and craft a winning proposal / solution
- Capacity to translate complex technical solutions, strategies, and themes into readable and winning proposal / solution
- Ability to establish and maintain personal credibility with subject matter experts from industry and technology capability
- Ability to Interface effectively with company Senior Executives, Client Managers and Delivery Heads
- Strong problem solving abilities
- Detail-oriented; demonstrated organizational and communication skills
- Analytical thinking, interpersonal effectiveness, and positive attitude
Experience & Qualification:
- MBA/PGDM from Premier B Schools
- 1-2 years of experience post MBA
- 2-3 years of IT industry experience prior to MBA
