Skill- OD & Talent Management:
Exp- 6yrs to 12 yrs
Location- Bangalore /Pune
Requirement :-
- Connect with local leaders and managers to understand Talent needs and challenges and partner with the TM team to create solutions fit for purpose in the US market
- Anchor global TM initiatives for Brillio and ensure roll out in the right spirit
- Handle the change management aspects of the rollout of net new programs.
- Coach local leaders through cycle programs such as talent reviews
- Partner with HRBPs to facilitate talent review calibrations
- Support global roll outs of Leadership Behavior Framework & Performance Management related communications and programs with the leaders.
- Flexibility to participate in org design depending on experience - Brillio will shift to vertical in the next 6-10 months
Talent Development:
- Interface with senior/exec business leaders and HRBPs to design and build leadership, hipo, and soft skills programs to support and enable internal career growth and development.
- Help create relationship with local partners and experts to service talent development needs.
- Create visibility and appreciation of development opportunities and work with BPs to create best fit offerings and schedules.
Key Skills :
- Ability to work with Stakeholders across levels. Previous experience with working with senior stakeholders will be a plus
- Understanding of Talent frameworks and their applications
- Exposure to managing Talent development programs and general awareness of local partners and programs available.
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
- Data appreciation and ability to us data to influence decisions
- Exposure to psychometric tools and prior designing experience will be a plus.
